The dawn chorus

I went into my garden about 1/2hour ago and it was nice to hear the birds singing to each other. Later on in the day all we could normally hear is the screech of a gull sat on a telegraph pole at the front of the bungalow Every so often we see the buzzards and listen to them has they hover in the sky. Is mother nature wonderful. the robin has reappeared and was sat on the bird table a little while ago

Peter I used to love the Dawn chorus before my hearing went and my body needed more sleep, the only time I'm out of bed these days at Dawn is, to catch a flight or have a wee and catching a flight is rare but the other is more frequent because like the King, the ole water works is , not as gushy but, more often,,
